We are delighted to announce the direct sale of ASKARI, with us representing both the Buyer and Seller. This is the 2nd in house deal over 30 metres in under 90 days. A special thanks to the Captain for assisting in facilitating a smooth transition.
ASKARI is a highly customised Horizon FD100 built in 2022, with a PLK designed interior out of Australia and an overall length of 103’. She was purpose-built for long-range exploration, and provides the layout and entertaining areas of those usually found on 40m+ yachts. This is what most attracted her new owners, and they plan to enjoy ASKARI whilst exploring the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

COMO I
We are excited to announce that we have been appointed as the joint Sales Central Agent for COMO I, a 164’/50m Heesen yacht delivered in 2014. Designed by Omega Architects and Heesen in collaboration with van Oossanen Naval Architects, COMO I boasts a spacious layout with a nine-meter beam. The yacht can accommodate up to 12 guests in six staterooms, with separate living quarters for up to 10 crew members. The sleeping cabins are adorned with crisp white sheets, caramel-colored wood furnishings, and delicate overhead lighting, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The circular saloon is a welcoming and stylish space, featuring sliding glass doors, expansive windows, and unique artwork. Outside, guests can enjoy panoramic views from the Jacuzzi, relax on the sun pads, or dine at an outdoor table suitable for alfresco dining. Indoors, a contemporary glass table, comfortable white chairs, and an eye-catching painting offer a change of scene for meals.

UNTETHERED
UNTETHERED is by far the highest spec Horizon FD ever built with close to $3m in options and extremely well cared for. The detail work and thought that went into this build is incredible. 4 stateroom layout, but the gym can be converted back to a 5th stateroom as there is already a head. There is also an additional storage pantry with a deep freezer and a full walk-in laundry room forward in the lower guest accommodation area.

Q43
The seventh yacht in the Mulder ThirtySix series, Q43, has officially been delivered to her owners.
Following an introduction by Chris Collins of Ocean Independence at FLIBS 2022, and shortly thereafter a yard visit, the yacht was sold.
The hull was already under construction at Mulder Enkhuizen, and the smooth building process continued at Mulder Zoeterwoude from April last year.
Sporting a Matterhorn white hull and sleek superstructure, this 297 GT yacht, like her sisterships, features naval architecture by van Oossanen and an exterior design by Claydon Reeves.
The yacht offers a luxurious five-stateroom layout, accommodating ten guests and hosting six crew members.
Q43’s interior is designed by Vickers Studio. John Vickers expressed: “We are so pleased to have been part of the design team for the new launch Q43, the latest Mulder Shipyard 36m. Our collaboration with Mulder on these 36m yachts has been so rewarding for us as designers, and the success of this yacht series are proven yet again with this new launch of hull number 7.”
Q43 was personalised with a light white background framed in the walnut joinery language. Turquoise and green blue fabrics are featured throughout, in the custom carpets created for the main saloon and owners’ cabin as well as the feature cushions and decorative highlights. These colours were picked out from the organically created wall art featured through the yacht, especially in the guest lobby panels which used seagrass and sea forest as the inspiration. Red was also an owner favourite colour which was used as highlights in two of the guest cabins sourcing fashion house fabrics for the cushions from Jean Paul Gaultier amongst others. The main saloon was created as a wide-open space with two storage and bar facilities both sides. This is a family of coffee connoisseurs, so the barista facilities are all customised to the highest level.

For real adventuring you need to get into all the bays and shallow anchorages as well as feel comfortable with ocean crossings and big seas all of which make these 36-meter yachts from the family run Dutch shipyard the very best choice on the market.”
Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines, Q43 achieves a cruising speed of 15 knots and a top speed of 16.8 knots.
She has now set sail for Norway, where her owners will enjoy their first moments on board before spending the season in the Mediterranean.

PIPE DREAM
This 2013 luxury yacht PIPE DREAM is a beautiful example of a classic Westport boasting unmistakable exterior styling, elegant interior finishes, and endless guest entertainment areas. PIPE DREAM is an excellent yacht for an owner searching for a vessel with charter potential. The yacht was refit in 2020 and 2021, leaving her in primed condition with a new galley layout, new navigation electronics in the pilothouse, and many more electronic and mechanical upgrades. She features Naiad fin stabilizers at rest ensuring guest comfort. PIPE DREAM's refined design style, both inside and out, combines comfortable furnishings with elements of luxury, creating a unique atmosphere that is both welcoming and timeless.
As guests enter PIPE DREAM's main salon through the electric stainless steel doors from the aft deck, they will notice the spaciousness, large surrounding windows, and clean color palette. High gloss accents accompany the rich satin-finish mahogany interior. A sofa and two large barrel chairs are located to port with a games table with four chairs to starboard. WIGGLE ROOM
WIGGLE ROOM is a unique FD100 with exterior designed by world-renowned Cor D. Rover complimented by an extremely custom interior designed by BCB Decor out of Naples, Florida offers five staterooms including a full-beam master suite on the main deck with his & her heads.
Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the main deck salon and formal dining areas give a very open feel while aboard. Forward of the main deck entertaining area, you will be welcomed by a chef-inspired galley which can be either opened to the social areas or closed off if desired. The Tri-Deck layout offers a lightweight open flybridge with a custom carbon fiber hard top extending over the entire area equipped with a helm and seating area atop the bridge deck; which features a forward wheelhouse, interior sky lounge with a day head, bar, and jacuzzi aft.
The raised bow design on WIGGLE ROOM allows for private foredeck seating off the bridge level with an oversized sun pad, wrap-around sofa seating along two cocktail tables allowing guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy the views. The FD100 is designed with spacious crew quarters with three cabins and two heads for up to six aft as well as a fully equipped beach club with sliding glass doors, unique to this build.

LADY JJ

CAPTIVATOR is another one of the famous 112' Motor Yacht, built in the United States by Westport Yachts. 4 spacious staterooms onboard, three including the master are accessed from the port companionway foyer and the private VIP has its own separate entrance all the way forward to the STBD. This 130’ Westport was launched in 2019 and accommodates ten owners/guests in five staterooms, with crew accommodations for eight. The Owner, Captain and Crew collaborated with Westport to redesign the Galley with an island layout for a cleaner traffic pattern between the Chef and the stew, for meal service. The Owner's Stateroom was also tweaked with additional hanging lockers and a custom wine cabinet, as well as a custom Dressing Room, and Head layout with a separate water closet/head.
All of the outdoor areas are unique as well. The Aft Deck offers an expandable table for dining. The Boat Deck has an expansive area with Teak furniture and the Sky lounge door opens, extending the indoor/outside space. Forward of the Pilothouse, on the Portuguese Bridge, a custom bench seat with storage below.

Originally delivered in 2011 as Serenity, the 55 metre (180.4 feet) Abbracci stands as a perfect example of the quality, flexibility, and durability of Heesen’s designs and its approach to engineering and construction. Her exterior lines, created by Omega Architects, encapsulate the shipyard’s design DNA and style with a ‘pelican beak’ bow that expresses a trademark negative sheer.
Her design also accomplishes an impressive feat by conferring elegance to the yacht’s profile, which delivers carefully proportioned curves and style features while perfectly disguising the yacht’s large interior volume. That this has been achieved while maximizing the views from her interior guest areas and without impacting on her exterior spaces is a further demonstration of the attention to detail that Heesen puts into every facet of the yachts it creates.
As a milestone yacht, Abbracci has consistently proven herself since her launch having already logged close to 60,000 miles in just six years. Such proven world cruising ability is testament to her fundamental design, for which Heesen’s expert in-house naval architecture team worked closely with Van Oossanen Naval Architects to further refine Heesen’s proven displacement hull form. The result is a hull that is not only supremely comfortable in all conditions, but which also offers an impressive 6,000-mile transoceanic range at 10 knots.

VANQUISH boasts the style of a luxury yacht coupled with the functionality of a fishing boat. She was originally designed and built by West Bay SonShip of Delta, British Columbia, Canada in 2003 as an 87-foot Motor Yacht. She has been extended with a well-executed fiberglass cockpit and swim platform that keeps the quality of the original build.
The interior of VANQUISH has a practical and sensible layout. The main aft doors open to a split-level deck. A welcoming saloon is followed by a formal dining area, up a set of steps. Moving forward from the dining space you are led into the galley and country kitchen, which feature high ceilings. To the starboard is a set of stairs that lead down to the staterooms, which are all located on this lower level, leaving the remainder of the vessel available for entertaining.
VANQUISH has a raked bow and a raised pilothouse. She is powered by twin CAT 3412's. She is finished in an all-white color with a dark blue boot stripe and silver check stripe.
